HOW DO I SHOP ON YOUR WEBSITE?

On our site banner, you will see the option of “Sign In | Register”. Click on it and you will be guided to the “Log In” Page. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email from our end/ from us.
Browse through our store to find what you would like to purchase.

  • Click on the “add to cart” button next to each product.

  • Review your items in the shopping cart you have shortlisted.

  • Proceed to Payment to complete your order.


WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY I NEED TO ORDER?

Our minimum order quantity is 2 metres per Article and per colour, if applicable.
If you wish to make a certain article exclusive to your region, we require a minimum order of 15 metres. This option will restrict buyers from your region to buy the same article and create exclusivity. Please contact us at mail@fashionabm.com for further information.


HOW CAN I BE ASSURED OF THE QUALITY OF THE EMBROIDERY?

All our fabrics are subject to rigorous quality control measures and we strive to ensure that the fabric you receive is flawless. The embroidery/beading is done in a way that you will be able to cut and transform the fabric to your liking with minimal loss of embroidery/beads.
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design flow, actual colours and design flow may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors.
Since our fabrics are delicately hand embroidered/beaded, there is a possibility that some of the embroidery/beads could be affected during packaging and transit, this is unavoidable. We will be providing a small repair kit with all the necessary materials to circumvent the problem.


DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZATION?

Yes, we do offer customization on most of our products, be it base ground fabric changes, sequins & bead colour changes, etc. All you need is to provide us the item code/codes and the required numbers through an email so that we can check and inform you about the prices and availability.


HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR FABRIC?

Our fabrics are delicate and must be handled with care. We recommend the following:

  • Always Mild Dry Clean only.

  • Do not Machine Wash.

  • Do not use Bleach


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Regrettably, no Refunds or Exchanges will be permitted. Purchase of any fabric from the store will be unique and made to order specifically for you.

DO YOU HAVE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING?

Yes, we ship our products globally.


WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?

Our shipping charges vary on the basis of:

  • Country

  • Weight

  • Volume

We will provide you with an approximation of the weight of each product variant to keep you better informed. We try to provide you with the least expensive shipping option but one that we can assure does not compromise on the quality and efficacy of their services.


HOW LONG WILL I TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Since each fabric will be specifically created for you, we require at least 20-45 days to fulfil your order, which is dependent on the quantity of the order. We will keep you updated on the status of the order and once ready, we will confirm the exact shipping duration with our courier company and inform you of the same.
Order quantities that exceed a certain threshold will take longer to produce and dispatch, which will be intimated to you during checkout.


WHAT COURIER SERVICES DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?

We use reputed couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS based on the destination of delivery.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will share the tracking number provided to us by the courier company via email. You will receive regular updates for the same through the courier company as well.


WHAT MODES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all International Visa and MasterCard, credit and debit cards.

We also accept T/T transfers to our Bank Account through the Bank Deposit option in the checkout Page.


HOW DO I PAY USING BANK DEPOSIT?

During Checkout, select the Bank Deposit Option and you will see our Bank Details mentioned along with some information regarding the time limits. You can continue with your purchase and you will see an "Order Confirmed" page and receive the same notification via email as well.

We will send you an email within 24 hours as a reminder to complete your payment through T/T to our bank account. Once you have made the payment, please attach a copy of the T/T and respond to the email. Until the T/T payment is not reflected in our account, your order will not be confirmed and no further steps will be taken in regards to production.

Once the payment is reflected in our account, you will receive an email with confirming your order and rest assured you will receive your goods on schedule.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses, and passwords. If your payment fails, please feel free to contact us at mail@fashionabm.com to resolve the issue. If your payment is debited from your account after the payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days after we receive a confirmation from the bank.


WHY SHOULD I PAY CUSTOMS DUTY AFTER PAYING SHIPPING CHARGES?

The shipping charges we collect are freight charges. The custom duties/taxes are not a part of the shipping charges and are usually decided by local custom tariffs. We have no control over the same.
